Swan Global is looking for a motivated Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement.

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, Linked In, and databases.
• Support recruiters in coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on various platforms.
• Help with employer branding initiatives, including social media recruitment campaigns.
• Participate in market research to identify talent trends and industry insights.
• Support in documentation and onboarding processes.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Linked In.
• Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
