Overview
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and support hiring needs across the organization.
Responsibilities- Manage full recruitment cycle
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Source and screen candidates using multiple channels
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth hiring process
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Bachelor s degree in HR or related field
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- Arabic and English are Mandatory
