Overview

Our client is an established organization seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its Human Resources operations and support the company’s continued growth. The organization values strong leadership, employee development, and operational excellence, making Human Resources a key contributor to its long-term success.

Role

The HR Manager will oversee all core Human Resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, compliance, and HR operations. Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will ensure that HR practices effectively support business objectives while fostering a positive and productive working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day Human Resources function.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters.
  • Lead performance management and annual appraisal processes.
  • Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor legislation.
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management.
  • Manage HR budgets and departmental performance.
  • Support organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of Human Resources experience, including management responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Experience leading HR teams within a corporate environment.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHR would be advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required;
    Arabic is considered an advantage.
