Swan Global is hiring Trainee Recruiters in Qatar. We offer a 6-month structured training programme and hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. Successful candidates will gain exposure to sourcing, screening, and interview coordination through real-world assignments.
During the training you will receive a monthly stipend of QAR 1,500. Upon completion, a Recruitment Executive position with a salary range will be offered, subject to performance and business needs.
