We are seeking an experienced Leadership Coach to support the development of leaders, managers, and high-potential employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one and group leadership coaching.
- Develop tailored coaching and leadership development plans.
- Support leaders in enhancing communication, decision-making, and people management skills.
- Coach leaders through organizational change and transformation.
- Support employees in building resilience and adapting effectively to change.
- Partner with HR and management to identify leadership development needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leadership or executive coaching.
- Strong knowledge of change management, resilience, and leadership development.
- Experience working with senior leaders and managers.
- Professional coaching certification (ICF or equivalent) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
