We are seeking an experienced HRMS Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources to support, optimize, and enhance our HR systems and processes.
Key Requirements- Proven hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources
. - Strong understanding of core HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, organizational management, leave administration, and employee lifecycle transactions.
- Experience configuring positions, jobs, organizational hierarchies, workflows, and security roles within Dynamics 365.
- Ability to create, analyze, and interpret HR reports and dashboards.
- Experience working with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to identify system enhancements and process improvements.
- Strong data management skills with a focus on accuracy, governance, and compliance.
- Experience in HR system implementation, testing, configuration, or process automation is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources certification is an advantage.
- Experience with HR analytics, Power BI, or reporting tools is preferred.
