We are looking for an analytical and proactive Organizational Design Analyst to support organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and organizational design initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support organizational design and restructuring projects.
- Analyze organizational structures, roles, reporting lines, and workforce data.
- Develop organizational charts, workforce analyses, and management presentations.
- Identify organizational gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to support organizational design recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in organizational design, workforce planning, HR analytics, or organizational effectiveness.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills - both written and spoken.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive, creative, and able to plan and prioritize effectively.
