Total Rewards & Compensation Analyst

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Total Rewards & Compensation Analyst to support compensation, benefits, and total rewards initiatives, ensuring competitive and consistent reward practices across the organization.

• Support compensation and benefits analysis and related HR projects.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to assess competitiveness.
• Analyze salary structures, job levels, pay ranges, and compensation data.
• Support annual compensation reviews, salary adjustments, and incentive processes.
• Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Maintain accurate and confidential compensation and employee data.
• Support the development and implementation of total rewards policies and practices.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on compensation-related matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance
  , or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, or HR analytics.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills - both written and spoken.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment.
• Proactive, organized, and able to plan and prioritize effectively.
