Responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training in Global HRM with a focus on Qatar HR practices and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach HR Fundamentals, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding.
- Train students on Qatar Visa Processing and Qatarization.
- Cover Qatar Labour Law, HR compliance, and employee relations.
- Teach Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Retention, and Performance Evaluation.
- Train learners in Payroll Management and End-of-Service Benefits.
- Conduct practical sessions using HR case studies, real-world scenarios, and interactive activities.
- Guide students on HR job hunting, resume preparation, and interview skills.
- Degree/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of HR industry/training experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar HR practices and Labour Law.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
