We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to support technical recruitment for Aircraft Engineering & Maintenance for our client based in Dubai
.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and disciplines
- Source and attract high-quality technical and specialist talent
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions
- Manage candidate screening, interviews, selection and pre-employment checks
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in either an in-house or agency recruitment environment
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience with in aviation, engineering or another technical environment is a must
Please note this role requires relocation to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
