Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4–5 years of experience in Contract Administration, Recruitment Coordination, or Workforce Management
- Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA, MS Excel, and reporting tools
- Strong documentation and record management skills
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Coordinate and administer manpower contracts from initiation to completion
- Process and track manpower requests and recruitment activities
- Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and recruitment agencies
- Maintain accurate contract records, databases, and reports
- Monitor recruitment progress and workforce requirements
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, policies, and procedures
