We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR team at Qatar Airways in Doha, Qatar. As a HR Business Partner you will be a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, talent strategy, and business transformation initiatives.

Working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with Executive Leadership and Line Managers to drive organizational performance and deliver innovative people solutions that support Qatar Airways' continued growth and success. This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategic decisions, lead meaningful change, and make a measurable impact across the organization.

• Know the business, the strategy and business drivers, products, budgets, forecasts, and employee issues. Understand the hopes, fears, likes, dislikes and who the key influencers are.
• Coach and prompt business managers to think strategically, think about the impact of changes on the organization and how to best make use of people to achieve success.
• Encourage open constructive dialogue between employees, managers and leaders.
• Involved and able to influence at all stages of business strategy development and implementation, contributing to decision making.
• Continually view HR services from the client’s perspective.
• Contribute in developing strong strategies for addressing problems.
• Work proactively, constantly adding measurable value and making tangible improvements, clarifying what is needed by the business and HR and evaluating outcomes.
• Assist HR leaders to align HR strategy with business strategy, leading on policy development and strategy discussions.
• Recruitment, employee development and compensation strategy (not implementation) to drive workforce planning, support organizational change and facilitate organizational development.
• Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of Department.

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with minimum 6 years of job-related experience
• Excellent understanding of best practice HR management theories.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in best practice HR practices and processes, like case management, employee relations, organizational design.
• Strong coaching skills
• Experience in leading HR projects
• It is an advantage if you have experience within Retail or Travel Industry
• Experience working with diverse workforce.
• Data analytical skills and advanced Excel skills are a plus.
