Senior HR Generalist / Executive
- Construction Industry

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HR, with strong focus on Performance Management
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end performance cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, calibration, and PIPs
- Hands-on experience with Performance Management Systems (PMS tools)
- Strong knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, competency frameworks, and performance analytics
- Ability to generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS (advanced Excel skills required)
- Experience in HR generalist functions including employee lifecycle management, C&B, and HR operations
- Strong business partnering, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in GCC/Qatar market preferred
