Key Accountabilities
- Contribute to the review, update and enhancements of ER policies and procedures of Nakilat.
- Perform day to day employee relations services in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures.
- Propose and participate in improvements related to ERP and other ER implemented system.
- Maintain all employees information records and documents in the system while ensuring up to date and accurate data entry.
- Process all changes related to employees status remuneration and organizational assignments in a timely manner.
- Review validate and process requests raised related to employee relations services on time and as per the applicable policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update employees files while ensuring their confidentiality.
- Respond to employees inquiries related to employee relations policies and procedures.
- Prepare memos letters and employment agreement as needed.
- Assist in communicating and circulating new updated policies procedures and regulations to Nakilat employees.
- Assist in new employees mobilization by making necessary arrangements such as hotel booking travel arrangements temporary hotel booking.
- Coordinate with the Finance Payroll team to conduct payroll activities for monthly salaries ad hoc allowances and benefits for all employees.
- Attend internal and external audits and prepare responses and actions as needed for audit reports.
- Process purchase requisitions service entries and vendor payments related to Employee Relations activities.
- Coordinate with employees and Health Insurance providers for matters related to employees entitlement claims and applicable coverage.
- Coordinate with Insurance Department and Group Life Insurance Workmen Compensation vendors to provide reports and information for establishing and or renewal of agreements.
- Generate several reports such as KPI trends analytic customized report requested by HR Sections and or Departments.
- Propose enhancements on ER systems and coordinate with IT development team on configuration and testing of solutions configured by IT.
- Perform complete separation demobilization activities for separated employees including preparation of final settlement calculation and documents attending exit interviews travel arrangements etc.
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
4 – 6 years of related experience in a similar position, preferably in a similar industry. - Job Specific
Skills:
Knowledge of HR-ERP systems, preferably SAP Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
