Head of Operations – Industrial & Corporate Catering | Qatar
A leading catering and facilities management group in Qatar is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to oversee multi-site catering and support service operations across diverse client portfolios, including government, oil & gas, education, and healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise large-scale catering operations, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Manage budgets, cost control, and site performance to achieve financial and operational targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
Ensure full compliance with HACCP, QHSE, and local regulatory standards.
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance development of site management teams.
Coordinate mobilization plans, manpower deployment, and VIP/outside catering operations.
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all sites.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
HACCP certification (Level 2 or higher preferred).
Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in large-scale catering or facility management, with at least 3 years in a senior, multi-site leadership role.
Strong financial acumen, client management, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
