You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and implement wellness programs aligned with our vision for modern recovery and well-being.

• Manage and inspire a team of wellness professionals
• Maintain top-tier customer service standards
• Coordinate wellness programs and recovery treatments
• Oversee scheduling, budgets, and center operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Build client relationships and support business growth

• Proven experience managing wellness, spa, or health centers
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for wellness, fitness, and recovery therapies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
