We are seeking a skilled Maintenance & Engineering Supervisor to oversee maintenance and engineering operations across our multi-property portfolio. The role ensures the smooth functioning of facilities, high safety standards, and an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and resolve all maintenance issues across properties.
- Conduct daily checks and ensure preventive maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure safety compliance and carry out emergency release procedures when required.
- Supervise contractors/subcontractors for renovation or special projects.
- Develop and implement energy conservation and emergency programs.
- Maintain all fixtures, fittings, and equipment in safe condition.
- Perform regular safety inspections and ensure staff training.
- Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering systems.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Positive attitude with commitment to high-quality service.
- Prior supervisory/management experience in a technical role.
- Flexibility to handle multiple properties and diverse tasks.
