Qatar (LOGCAP support).

Under the supervision of the ESH Manager, the Pest Management Supervisor is responsible for performance of duties including assigning and overseeing work of pest controllers, ensuring safety practices are followed, and managing pest management services across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

• Assign and oversee work of Pest Controllers.
• Supervise a multi-national and culturally diverse workforce; possess knowledge of safety, environmental, and pesticide handling.
• Ensure compliance with laws governing controlled and non-controlled pesticides and herbicides.
• Coordinate inspections with facility managers and occupants.
• Provide educational training and awareness on pest management practices.
• Manage staff to ensure safe, ethical, and rigorous procedures per regulatory guidance.
• Respond to emergency service calls during regular hours and after-duty on-call hours.

• Minimum 5 years experience in Pest Management supervisor capacity, or one-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.
• Must be U.S. Citizen and CAC eligible or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Must have vast knowledge and background in Integrated Pest Management techniques and implementation.
• Must obtain respiratory program certification within 90 days probationary period and annually thereafter.
• Must hold at least one of the following certifications: commercial/non-commercial or Department of Defense certified applicator license for Industrial/Institutional/Household Pest Control; additional certifications in Ornamental/Turf, Wood-Destroying Organisms, Aquatic, Public Health Pest Control, Ground, or Right-of-Way Pest Control.
