Role Overview:
The General Manager will lead the overall operations, business development, and strategic direction of the interior design consultancy. This role requires strong leadership, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of design processes, project management, and consultancy services. The GM will ensure profitability, quality delivery, and growth of the company in line with its vision.
- Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. - Strategic Leadership:

Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with developers, architects, and contractors. - Business Development:

Ensure timely and quality delivery of interior design consultancy projects. - Project Oversight:
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. - Project Oversight:
Resolve escalated client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction. - Team Management:
Recruit, mentor, and manage design and project management teams. - Team Management:
Foster a collaborative and creative work environment. - Team Management:
Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations. - Financial Management:
Prepare annual budgets and monitor financial performance. - Financial Management:

Ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations. - Quality & Compliance:
Maintain adherence to design standards, building codes, and sustainability practices. - Quality & Compliance:
Implement quality assurance processes across all projects.
- Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or Business Management. - Experience:
Minimum 10–15 years in interior design consultancy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Strong knowledge of design principles, project management, and client servicing.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
