Role Overview:
The General Manager will lead the overall operations, business development, and strategic direction of the interior design consultancy. This role requires strong leadership, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of design processes, project management, and consultancy services. The GM will ensure profitability, quality delivery, and growth of the company in line with its vision.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or Business Management.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 10–15 years in interior design consultancy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, project management, and client servicing.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in business development and financial management.
