• Leads and executes all major project activities onsite, ensuring alignment with project goals, safety standards, and timelines.
• Oversees field installation operations, driving productivity, compliance, and quality.
• Manages subcontractors on‑site and collaborates with foremen to plan daily work activities and perform quality checks in line with project standards.
• Directs planning, progress reporting, resource allocation, logistics, and material coordination to support efficient field execution.
• Coordinates with Business Development, Engineering, Installation, Operations, Production, and Clients to define and meet project requirements.
• Attends project meetings and conducts technical walkdowns to scope fieldwork for Turnkey Operations.
• Supports Sales and Operations in resolving technical issues and resource constraints.
• Identifies equipment and material needs, oversees procurement, and ensures timely onsite availability.
• Manages material and inventory control, including receiving, tracking, storage, and issuing of materials to support field operations.
• Provides budget input and operational recommendations to improve efficiency and future planning.
• Reports to the Operations Manager, contributing to project reviews, lessons learned, and strategic decisions.
• Enforces all site‑specific and company‑wide safety protocols, including conducting safety training and leading toolbox talks.
• Oversees quality control for materials, engineering, and installation; identifies non‑conformities and drives corrective actions.
• Leads, mentors, and trains field personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.
• Manages field schedules, updates documentation (PDDs, DSUs), and verifies the accuracy of Bill of Materials.
• Determines material requirements (e.g., signs, valve tags), places orders, manages inventory discrepancies, and coordinates with production.
• Serves as the primary onsite representative to clients, ensuring expectations are met and communication is clear.
• Ensures all work complies with MSI standards, ISO procedures, and client specifications.
• Performs other duties as required to support successful project delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education/experience with a mechanical background.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in installation, construction, or a related field and relevant experience in construction environment (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical etc.).
• Located in Qatar & Have a valid transferable QID.
• Ready to join immediately.
• Valid Qatari driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Proficient in project scheduling and planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; skilled in other Microsoft Office products.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage across departments, functions, and nationalities.
• Advanced understanding of facility drawings, including equipment layouts, plot plans, and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&'s).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of teams and personalities.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with basic field tools and equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and at elevated heights.
