Operations Team Leader

Operations Team Leader
to oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations of our esportsteam. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership capabilities,excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of team dynamicswithin the gaming and esports landscape. 1. Lead and coordinate daily activities, training sessions, and scrims to ensure peak team performance.
2. Motivate and inspire players to maintain focus,discipline, and consistency in both training and competition.
3. Act as the primary link between team members and management, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication.
4. Support in organizing and executing esportsevents, tournaments, and bootcamps. Apply knowledge of tournament formats andbracket systems to ensure smooth execution.
5. Promote a positive, respectful, and professional environment on and off the game.
6. Monitor individual and team performance, provideconstructive feedback, and implement improvement strategies.
7. Collaborate on content creation and managesocial media initiatives to enhance the team’s visibility and brand.
RequirementsRequired Knowledge & Expertise
- Solid understanding of tournament structures (e.g., single/double elimination,round-robin) and how to effectively manage each format.
- Hands-on experience with bracketing and tournament management software.
- Technicalknowledge of gaming setups and hardware, with the ability to optimizeperformance and troubleshoot common issues.
- Rapidproblem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure environments suchas live events or competitive matches.
- Experience in performance monitoring, player scheduling, and developmental coaching.
