Overview
As a Manager Corporate Planning, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and management oversight to Corporate Planning medium‑term goals and initiative implementation. You will spearhead data gathering, analysis, and recommendation delivery across business divisions, steers decision making, acts as Representative for Corporate Planning, and ensures synergy with overall objectives.
Responsibilities- Network Planning – provide recommendations to maximize network profitability, coordinate new destination research, support short‑term optimization, champion network structure, develop Annual Budget Operating Plan, lead ad‑hoc projects, improve decision‑making tools, chair Capacity Review Meetings, support Alliance & Partnerships model runs.
- Network Planning Systems – oversee industry Network Planning tools, define accuracy calibration, manage tool calibration, calibrate model parameters, train users, analyse revenue and cost performance, refine data inputs, represent QR in industry events, develop business cases and projects, lead vendor relationships.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in airline industry analytical roles.
- Experience with international network airlines;
Middle Eastern airline experience is an advantage. - Project and contract management experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of commercial aviation economics, strategic planning, and business management.
- Ability to work in a multi‑cultural team independently and independently under pressure, tight deadlines.
- High maturity in influencing and managing peers across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Strong presentation skills.
- High proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Strong mentoring, coaching, delegation, and teamwork skills.
