To manage, supervise, and assure the quality and compliance of all outsourced landscape maintenance and operational works, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget, and project schedules. Review and approve landscape operation design submittals.

• Supervise the maintenance scope execution for all contracted landscape packages.
• Conduct periodic site inspections to verify works are compliant with contract specifications.
• Manage a program of integrated landscape works across multiple stakeholders and project partners.
• Collaborate with Service Providers to define workable landscape solutions for maintenance and operations.
• Manage Landscape Service Providers' performance, budget adherence, and schedule compliance.
• Ensure follow-up and closure on all instructions and commitments related to maintenance activities.
• Review, prepare, and issue technical landscape documents (e.g., specifications, data sheets).
• Review and update as-built drawings for all landscape-related matters.
• Prepare periodic special reports summarizing landscape maintenance issues for review and approval.
• Assist in preparing Request for Proposals (RFPs) for landscape service provider packages.
