Aftersales Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable running of the aftersales business including the service and the parts operation divisions.
• Organizes the Aftersales division, controlling resources and assets at a level commensurate with profit targets and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Able to develop and drive the overall aftersales strategies for brands
• Build, lead, motivate & develop a highly successful team that achieves its objectives
• Formulate departments budget, conduct operative planning, develop, and use various reporting tools to facilitate the department planning and controlling
• Participates in sales forecasts, market research, statistical analysis, and feasibility studies
• Assist together with the rest of management team to handle the relation with our principals, Parts operation, and Service marketing campaigns/promotions for all brands
• Direct, develop and control resources with the object to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
• Manage all technical operations related to the full products brands and ranges
• Manage the parts operation business to carry out the following duties which include but not limited to Improving the parts turnover ratio
• Apply an effective differentiated parts pricing strategy based on the competition level and the market needs
