We are urgently seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a short-term freelance assignment in Doha, specializing in car installation events. The ideal candidate will oversee all operational aspects of vehicle displays, installations, and on-site production to ensure a safe, timely, and high-quality execution.

• Manage day-to-day operations of car installation events, from planning to on-site execution
• Coordinate with vendors, vehicle suppliers, production teams, and internal stakeholders
• Develop and monitor operational timelines, resource allocation, and workflows
• Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed during vehicle handling and installation
• Oversee logistics, setup, and dismantling of cars, displays, and equipment
• Identify potential risks and implement contingency plans
• Supervise on-site teams, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in event operations, production, or technical project management
• Proven experience delivering vehicle installations or automotive events
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, live event environments
