Responsibilities
Carries out project management activities from development to implementation under the supervision of the Senior Project Officer or Project ManagerEffectively communicates project issues to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear mannerCoordinates with project stakeholders on an on-going basis, providing updates and involvementAssists in estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goalsMonitors project timelines and milestones using appropriate project management toolsTracks project milestones and deliverablesProactively identify changes in project scope and reports them to the Project Manager; identifies potential project crises and devises contingency plansExecutes the day-to-day operational aspects of the project tasks; minimizes riskPrepares project-related written communications in concise and grammatically correct languageEffectively applies project management methodologies and standardsAssists the Project Manager in preparing for engagement reviews and quality assurance proceduresFacilitates complete and current project documentation; ensures appropriate documentation warehousingAnalyzes project financials, including budget compliance, if requiredUtilizes best practices and tools for project execution and managementPerforms other duties as required.Experience
Experience:
a) Experience in managing the administrative functions of the person-centered care certification program in a multi-facility (50+ beds) de-centralized healthcare system (PREFERRED).Mandatory Requirement
b) 3-5 years experience in project or operations or events management or communications/PR agency#J-18808-Ljbffr
