Position: Senior Officer - Change Transformation

The Senior Officer Change Management role is responsible for establishing, developing, and operationalizing the organization's centralized change management function. This role will design and implement change management activities, including governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and intake processes, to ensure consistent and effective change management across the enterprise.

The role develops and executes comprehensive change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance to organizational change, while building scalable systems and processes that institutionalize change management best practices. It combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive sustainable organizational change and establish a strong, foundational change management infrastructure.

Strategic
  • Establish, develop, and operationalize malomatia’s centralized change management function, including defining governance frameworks, operating models, standard operating procedures, and intake processes to ensure consistent and effective change management across the enterprise.
  • Design and implement enterprise-wide change management strategies aligned with malomatia’s strategic goals and transformation vision, ensuring that change initiatives contribute to long-term organizational success and sustainability.
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand organizational needs and align change management initiatives with overall business strategy, ensuring that the change process supports organizational growth, innovation, and digital transformation.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and thought leadership on change management approaches, organizational readiness, and execution risks.
  • Define, implement, and maintain governance models, decision frameworks, prioritization mechanisms, and escalation procedures to support structured change intake, triage, and execution.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of change management policies, standards, tools, and methodologies, ensuring institutionalization of best practices across the organization.
  • Define and track strategic KPIs for change management initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing structured performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Continuously monitor the progress of transformation projects, reviewing their alignment with the organization’s strategy, and ensuring that changes are sustained over the long term.
  • Ensure compliance with malomatia’s strategic policies, procedures, and governance requirements across all change and transformation initiatives.
  • Drive sustainability of change by ensuring that adoption, reinforcement, and long-term embedding of change practices are built into transformation initiatives.
  • Operational
  • Design and execute comprehensive change management plans for organizational transformation initiatives, including change scope definition, impact assessments, readiness activities, and mitigation strategies.
  • Implement and manage hands-on change management activities across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, PMO, and transformation teams to ensure change management activities are fully integrated into project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines.
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities, including communication delivery, training coordination, awareness sessions, and engagement forums to support change readiness and adoption.
  • Directly engage with employees and leaders as a front-line change function, addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and supporting smooth transitions during periods of change.
  • Identify potential change-related risks, resistance points, and adoption challenges, and develop and implement mitigation actions to minimize disruption and resistance.
  • Track and monitor change effectiveness through adoption metrics, KPI tracking, performance data, and employee feedback, and use insights to inform corrective actions.
