• Supervise Field Staff:
  Manage and direct field employees, providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Oversee Daily Operations:
  Ensure efficient workflow, adherence to safety regulations, and timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance:
  Conduct site inspections, enforce safety rules, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Project Management:
  Plan, direct, and execute daily work, which may involve studying blueprints, estimating costs, and tracking progress.
• Resource Management:
  Coordinate with vendors and transporters to ensure necessary supplies and personnel are available.
• Communication & Reporting:
  Facilitate communication between management and staff, prepare reports, and maintain daily logs of field activities.
• Training & Development:
  Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and provide on-the-job training to enhance team skills.
