Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project from planning through execution and final delivery. This includes managing schedules, budgets, contracts, work teams, and communication with all stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved with high quality and on time. The role also involves risk analysis and developing proactive solutions to ensure project success and the highest levels of efficiency, with a strong focus on claims management, variations, cost reduction, scope expansions, and contributing to the acquisition of new projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Architecture – relevant specialization). - Years of
Experience:
15 years of proven hands‑on experience in the contracting, finishing, and interior decoration sector. - Core Skills and Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of the field of work and the company’s business activities (experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is preferred).
1. Project Planning and Execution
- Ensure the implementation of management policies and procedures.
- Participate in preparing operational plans and the annual estimated budget for project activities during the project study phase.
- Develop and monitor detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Define project objectives and key milestones to ensure successful achievement.
- Establish clear methodologies for managing all project phases from design through handover.
- Coordinate with the Project Control Manager to develop and update the project schedule using project management software.
- Monitor project progress and manage schedules to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
- Identify delays and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets to prevent cost overruns.
- Track actual costs versus financial forecasts and report to senior management.
- Work closely with procurement and finance teams to improve financial efficiency.
- Optimize the utilization of human and financial resources while maintaining work quality.
- Implement cost-reduction strategies without impacting work quality or project timelines.
- Ensure accuracy of quantities submitted for invoicing and timely submission to maintain company cash flow, with continuous cost updates.
- Analyze potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, providing proactive solutions to anticipated issues.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department/Engineer to ensure compliance with local and international standards and project specifications through regular site inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and update the project organizational structure in alignment with company policies and direction, in coordination with the Project Manager, and approve required resources for project execution.
- Supervise project teams and provide guidance to ensure objectives are met.
- Manage the project team and ensure effective collaboration among all parties.
- Provide training, mentoring, and technical support to project staff.
- Allocate responsibilities among site managers, engineers, and supervisors.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Maintain full knowledge of contract details, project scope, and billing principles.
- Coordinate continuously with the Project Control Unit to address developments and challenges during project execution.
- Manage contracts with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Review, approve, and follow up on change orders, variations, and claims, assessing their time and cost impacts.
- Ensure fulfillment of all contractual obligations while minimizing disputes.
- Execute subcontracting agreements when required, monitor compliance with contract terms in coordination with the Project Manager, and approve payment certificates in line with the approved budget.
