Senior Project Manager
Job Purpose Summary
The Senior Project Manager participates in planning and implementation processes of projects undertaken by the group. The incumbent will be coordinating and monitoring the ongoing projects and ensure that these projects are on schedule and in line with the strategy plan, prioritizing and rescheduling projects as per resources and user requirements, and providing support to team members for solutions and operations-related problems.
The incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring projects’ compliance with Group-wide Operational standards, policies/procedures, industry best practices and pertinent laws and regulations. Establish and run a fit-for-purpose PMO framework covering governance, reporting, planning, risk, issue, dependency, and financial management. Define program standards, templates, controls, and cadence appropriate for a multi-year strategic transformation. Maintain the integrated program plan across all 2030 strategy initiatives and work streams.
Support the procurement, selection, and onboarding of external consultants, including those responsible for Business Requirements definition and transformation delivery. Define scopes of work, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria for consulting engagements. Oversee the development of Business Requirements, ensuring they are comprehensive, prioritized, traceable to strategy, and suitable for downstream implementation.

- Ensure projects comply with Group-wide standards, policies/procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.

- Bachelor degree (preferred) with a major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study).
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank / IT operations, including at least 5–6 years in a supervisory capacity related to project management, product knowledge, operations and business excellence.
