Description
In this role, you will oversee the setup, operations, and performance of a new branch in Qatar. You will ensure smooth operational workflows, manage the branch team, and maintain high standards of service and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and goals
- Monitor and report on branch performance, KPIs, and financial results
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar regulations
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability
- Act as the main point of contact for the branch, representing the company professionally
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment
- Commit to being fully based in Qatar to manage day-to-day branch operations
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Strategic thinker with operational execution skills
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to build, motivate, and develop a team
- High accountability and results-driven mindset
- Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic environment
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for operational improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage
- Minimum of 5+ years of similar experience in the similar industry
