  • Coordinate special events and functions at the palace, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and memorable experiences for attendees.
  • Engage with visitors and stakeholders to gather feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in service quality and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the palace and its offerings, utilizing social media and other channels to enhance visibility and attract visitors.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the palace facilities to ensure maintenance and cleanliness standards are upheld, addressing any issues proactively.
