On behalf of a leading multinational consultancy, I am looking to identify an experienced Commercial Manager (minimum of 15 years’ experience) to oversee several recently awarded packages in Doha. The company has recently been awarded several large scale projects and require western candidates educated to degree level and chartered. You will be required to administer the progress of numerous packages whilst overseeing a small team of experienced staff.

Successful candidates will have experience working on a number of buildings projects ranging from commercial, high-rise, education and healthcare – alongside all associated infrastructure works.

• Degree qualified ESSENTIAL
• MRICS ESSENTIAL
• Experience of delivering complex projects
• Highly motivated with a drive to further and develop a career with one of the world’s leading PQS firms.

Job Type: Permanent

As a proven Quantity Surveyor you will have a track record working on complex major construction projects. You will possess either a Degree or HNC and will have the drive and confidence to work in a professional site or office based team. You will need to be results driven and someone who is able to work at a fast pace in a team with energy and focus.

You will also have previously worked as a quantity surveyor on a similar value project or now be looking to progress onto large more prestigious work.
