Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and be driven to succeed. This role will involve overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the sales department, setting targets, and leading a team of sales professionals towards meeting those goals. The successful candidate will be expected to build relationships with clients, identify new opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a strong understanding of marketing and customer service principles.
- At least three years of experience in a managerial role within a sales department or a similar business environment.
- Experience working with international clients is desired but not essential.
- Strong leadership abilities, highly organized and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Open to considering an immigrant who meets all the required criteria for this role.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales department including setting targets, monitoring performance against those targets, and providing feedback to staff regarding their progress towards achieving their goals. They will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities that can generate additional revenue streams, developing relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction levels remain high, and providing support to other departments within the organization when required.
CompensationThis full-time position comes with a salary of 1500 per month plus commission based on performance targets achieved by your team. Benefits include health insurance coverage and paid vacation time after one year of service.
