About the role
The Program Manager Process Mining will support the creation and embedding of a structured approach to evolving the Lean Academy, driving continuous improvement, optimizing processes, and implementing appropriate automation to elevate organizational maturity within their assigned portfolio. This role will work closely with the Transformation and EPMO teams to ensure that process optimization initiatives are aligned with strategic transformation goals and governed effectively to deliver measurable impact.
Job Responsibilities- Assist in developing a Process Excellence framework that drives efficiency, eliminates waste, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support the Process Excellence team in partnering with assigned departments and divisions to implement process optimization within their business plans.
- Ensure Process Excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Process Mining, etc.) are scalable and applicable across different Divisions and Departments.
- Run working groups and improvement projects implementing a standardized framework for process optimization, ensuring that Process Excellence methodologies are applied dynamically across functions.
- Identify and execute process re-engineering and automation opportunities in partnership with IT, data teams, and operations.
- Define performance measurement practices with Transformation and Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) to measure success and maintain accountability.
- Enhance skill sets of agile delivery team members through training plans, coaching, and mentoring.
