Job Purpose:
To lead, oversee, and manage strategic initiatives, process transformation, and service integration within office of the Vice President – Finance & Administration.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- MBA/EMBA degree from a reputed institute in relevant field and 8-10 years of relevant full-time work experience, 3 of which at a supervisory level.
- Proven ability to plan, evaluate, and control cross-functional collaboration and drive operational efficiency.
- Experience with business process reengineering, digital transformation, and automation in administrative operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, procurement strategies, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills. A track record of achievements in management of multi-functional teams and miscellaneous activities.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely;
Arabic proficiency is an advantage - Proficiency in MS Office applications
