Spa Manager

Position Overview

As the Spa Manager you will oversee all aspects of spa operations, including leading the team of therapists, maintaining high service standards, and driving revenue growth at a luxury spa in Doha, Qatar.

• Manage and lead a team of spa therapists, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and delivering exceptional service to guests.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
• Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the spa.
• Collaborate with other departments to create and promote spa packages and special offers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, making recommendations for improvement and innovation.
• Manage budgets and control costs to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets.
• Knowledge of spa treatments and products.
• Familiarity with inventory management and scheduling software.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Eligibility to work in Qatar.

This is a full‑time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Spa Manager reports directly to the General Manager.
