We are looking for a Team Leader with relevant experience to manage a team of counsellors, motivating and driving them to achieve overall departmental targets. The role involves lead generation through identifying and cultivating potential customers to enhance profitability. The Leader will create opportunities to meet these targets, generate a client base for the various courses, attract and retain committed clientele, and maintain high and consistent customer service at all times.
Requirements- Graduate of any bachelor's degree (preferably Marketing or Business) or equivalent.
- Pleasing and positive personality.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Minimum of three to four years of experience in the same or related position with supervisory experience required.
- Background in corporate sales, business development, and developing/executing marketing campaigns.
