• Support the Head of Department in executing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategy and framework across the organization.
• Oversee risk identification, analysis, and mitigation processes aligned with regulatory, operational, and corporate governance requirements.
• Facilitate the integration of risk management practices into business planning and decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain ERM policies, tools, and methodologies to ensure consistency across departments.
• Monitor divisional risk assessments and ensure outputs are incorporated into business plans.
• Align risk reporting with performance and strategic metrics to aid management decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement by assessing sector trends and identifying process gaps.
• Promote a strong risk culture through education, communication, and collaboration with business units.
• Provide expert guidance to divisional leaders on financial, strategic, operational, and regulatory risk management.
• Chair quarterly divisional risk meetings and produce comprehensive risk reports for senior leadership.
• Manage compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal requirements related to risk governance.
• Support the execution of executive-level risk committees and corporate governance initiatives.
• Oversee risk performance metrics and escalation processes for critical risk issues.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing enterprise risk within a large organization.
• Proven leadership in implementing ERM frameworks and aligning them with corporate governance standards.
• Professional risk management certification (e.g., PRM, IRM, FRM).
• Experience in managing financial, operational, and strategic risk portfolios.
• Knowledge of data protection, privacy compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to present complex risk concepts clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Proven capability in influencing decision-making across senior management levels.
