- Lead and execute new station launches, ensuring full readiness across staffing, training, branding, operational support, and contingency planning
- Act as the primary escalation point for Ground Services policies, ensuring alignment with operational needs and regulatory requirements
- Translate corporate objectives into actionable regional and station-level operational plans
- Oversee airport ground operations including customer service, check-in, baggage, boarding, ramp operations, budgeting, and disruption management
- Drive operational efficiency, cost control, safety, and security compliance across all managed stations
- Lead workforce planning, development, succession, and performance improvement initiatives across the region
- Ensure consistent delivery of high customer service standards through Airport Managers and station teams
- Monitor and improve KPIs and SPIs including on-time performance, baggage handling, and service quality
- Plan and implement new airport operations in line with corporate expansion strategies
- Manage and control annual regional and station budgets, ensuring financial governance and compliance
- Respond to audit findings and ensure timely corrective actions across all stations
- Oversee third-party ground handling agents and suppliers, driving performance and cost efficiency
- Ensure emergency response readiness and compliance with safety and security regulations
- Provide leadership, guidance, induction, and coaching to Airport Managers and Regional Managers
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience in airline, airport, or ground handling management
- At least 5 years of senior management experience within airline or airport operations
- Strong expertise in ground handling and airport operations
- Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams across multiple countries
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and resource planning capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership development and team-building experience
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills
- Senior leadership role within a globally recognized airline group
