Qatar Airways is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee corrective and preventive maintenance operations for facilities and equipment. This role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, optimizing equipment performance, and maintaining service level agreements across Hamad International Airport (HIA) and Doha International Airport (DIA). The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

• Supervise technicians and assistant technicians in executing daily corrective and preventive maintenance tasks
• Implement all health and safety procedures on worksites
• Manage inventory control of tools and spare parts, ensuring proper usage and return of unused items
• Conduct walkthroughs and inspections of equipment and facilities to identify improvement opportunities
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems, plants, equipment, and machinery to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities
• Ensure cleanliness and safety at worksites
• Coordinate with technical officers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely and efficient maintenance
• Maintain maintenance PM schedule compliance in line with CMMS priorities
• Supervise and manage subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed safely and on time
• Monitor vibration analysis, lubrication, and other condition-based maintenance practices to prevent breakdowns

• High school or vocational qualification/diploma with at least 3 years of job-related experience, OR bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of job-related experience
• Strong mechanical maintenance skills with supervisory experience
• Knowledge of inventory control, preventive maintenance, and safety protocols
• Effective leadership, communication, and coordination abilities
