Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and track all major confidential and non-confidential projects for the SVP Product Development and Design office under strict timelines
- Maintain quality control across the project lifecycle, managing risks, timelines, and change management activities
- Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination from project kick-off through delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Qatar Airways Group to manage project status, communications, and dependencies
- Consolidate and deliver periodic management reports and presentations covering timelines, milestones, and project completeness
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation and guidelines to support consistency and repeatability
- Coordinate with divisions, vendors, and suppliers to align execution sequencing, resource deployment, and information flow
- Support business case development by assessing risks, benefits, costs, scope, and delivery considerations
- Oversee adherence to corporate guidelines and support coordination of administrative activities within the department
- Perform additional duties related to the role as assigned by the department
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of project management experience
- Experience in database administration and ability to work under pressure to defined timescales
- Advanced proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Power BI, Jira, or similar platforms
- Strong planning, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Client-focused and business-aware with experience interacting at senior management level
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage effective working relationships
