• Define and deliver comprehensive category strategies aligned to business goals
• Develop and achieve cost savings plans against budgeted targets
• Set and execute supply strategies for assigned product categories
• Lead cross-functional strategic planning to maximize group value
• Review and enhance procurement policies and processes for best practice
• Ensure high service levels across procurement timelines, communication, and professionalism
• Set, monitor, and deliver category KPIs and performance outcomes
• Review and approve documentation for compliance and governance standards
• Lead high-value and high-risk supplier negotiations covering cost, commercial, and contractual terms
• Support departmental budgeting and manage quality control across project life cycles
• Produce spend analysis, performance reports, and executive summaries
• Challenge specifications, timelines, and sourcing approaches to optimize outcomes
• Prioritize and allocate workload across the category team and support peer managers
• Own forward planning and category roadmaps with senior stakeholders
• Perform additional duties as directed by department leadership

• Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or diploma with at least 9 years of relevant experience
• Strong category-specific procurement experience
• Fluent English communication skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Advanced negotiation planning and execution capability
• Strong contractual and financial acumen
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office proficiency
• Demonstrated people management, mentoring, and coaching skills
