Our platform leverages artificial intelligence, automation, and digital services to help users manage everyday tasks through a seamless mobile experience. The app integrates AI-driven assistance with operational support for services such as bookings, transportation coordination, deliveries, lifestyle management, and concierge solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize service performance, and support the continued growth of our AI-powered mobile platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing operations within technology companies, mobile applications, AI-enabled platforms, digital marketplaces, super apps, SaaS businesses, or similar fast‑growing technology environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in scaling operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring an exceptional user experience.

• Manage and oversee day‑to‑day operational activities across the mobile platform
• Monitor service quality, operational efficiency, and user experience metrics
• Coordinate with customer support, product, technology, AI, and operations teams
• Analyze operational data and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities
• Implement scalable processes and workflows to support platform growth
• Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges effectively
• Develop reporting systems, operational standards, and performance frameworks
• Support the launch and optimization of new features, services, and AI‑driven initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop operational team members

• Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management or a related field
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in AI‑powered applications, mobile app companies, technology platforms, SaaS businesses, digital marketplaces, super apps, or similar technology‑driven environments
• Experience scaling operations, managing service delivery, or supporting digital products
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English
• Good English communication skills
• Experience working with operational KPIs, reporting, process optimization, and performance management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced technology environment
• Legally authorized to work in Qatar
• Full‑time office‑based position in Doha, Qatar
