- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in payment management within the aviation or financial sector.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multi-cultural and cross-functional teams.
- Extensive understanding of global payment systems, financial technologies, and payment processing platforms.
- Experience in vendor relations and contractual negotiations with international payment providers.
