• Act as a strategic partner to Qatar Airways Commercial teams, providing end‑to‑end revenue accounting support aligned with corporate objectives
• Lead and manage Revenue Accounting and Cash Office teams to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient operations
• Develop and implement effective cash collection and cash banking strategies to strengthen controls and reduce operating costs
• Establish, maintain, and enforce Internal Accounting Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures with strict compliance
• Manage the Revenue MIS function to deliver timely and accurate revenue reporting to internal stakeholders
• Ensure accurate and timely revenue accounting and month‑end closing for passenger, cargo, and postal mail activities
• Oversee Qatar Cargo Revenue Accounting deliverables and ensure trusted, efficient service levels
• Manage and monitor Business Processing Outsourcing activities, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs and KPIs
• Review budgets related to passenger and cargo revenue accounting operations
• Conduct ongoing reviews and updates of policies, procedures, and service agreements based on operational and business needs
• Drive process, system, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, control, and scalability across revenue accounting services
• Support future growth initiatives across Qatar Airways Cargo, Qatar Duty Free, and Qatar Aviation Services

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong background in sales to cash and airline revenue accounting environments
• Proven experience managing revenue accounting units within an airline
• Experience leading projects and system changes related to revenue accounting processes
• Solid understanding of in‑house and BPO processing models
• In‑depth knowledge of airline revenue accounting processes, systems, and control frameworks
• Strong process‑driven mindset with focus on governance and internal controls
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels

• Experience managing cargo revenue accounting within an airline
• Experience leading projects or system transformations related to cargo revenue accounting
