Qatar Executive is seeking a highly skilled IOC Duty Manager to lead and oversee real-time operations within the Integrated Operations Centre. The role involves managing all aspects of Qatar Executive flight operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and schedule reliability. The position also supports commercial teams by evaluating new flight requests and optimizing operational performance.

- Lead the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) shift team, ensuring clear communication and coordinated decision-making during daily operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues, providing quick, informed resolutions and ensuring stakeholder communication through established channels.
- Oversee daily flight schedules, ensuring compliance with operational standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to assess feasibility for new charter and business aviation flight requests.
- Identify potential risks and operational disruptions, recommending proactive measures to maintain smooth operations.
- Manage flight irregularities, safety contingencies, and scheduling challenges with appropriate escalation to senior management.
- Supervise planning and execution of VIP and high-profile flights requiring special attention.
- Ensure proper handovers between duty managers for continuity of operations and situational awareness.
- Monitor and record incidents, delays, and safety reports according to company protocols.
- Support aircraft and crew utilization planning to optimize operational performance and cost efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in aviation operations, preferably within business aviation or charter operations.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience within an Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) or Operations Control Centre (OCC).
- Strong knowledge of flight planning, aircraft dispatch, and crew scheduling.
- Familiarity with international aviation regulations (EASA, FAA, or equivalent).
- Ability to make accurate, timely decisions under pressure.
- Possession of a valid Flight Dispatch License or Certificate issued by a recognized authority.
- Operational control and decision-making.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in aviation IT systems and dispatch software.
- Problem-solving and crisis management capabilities.
- Knowledge of business aviation procedures and regulatory compliance.
