Exhibitions Manager – Fine Art Logistics
We are hiring an experienced professional for a leading organization based in Doha.
This is a highly specialized role focused on managing end-to-end logistics and project delivery and overseeing projects across Qatar, KSA, UAE and the wider Middle East.
Key Requirements:- Experience in Fine Art Logistics / Museum Logistics / Exhibition Management
- Strong exposure to art exhibitions, galleries, museums or cultural institutions
- Experience managing packing, transportation, installation & de-installation of artworks
- Knowledge of customs clearance, international shipping and lender requirements
- Strong project management and budgeting experience
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- GCC / Middle East experience preferred
- Willingness to travel across the region at short notice
- Managing end-to-end exhibition and fine art logistics projects
- Preparing estimates, proposals and project costings
- Coordinating transport, warehousing, customs and installation activities
- Liaising with museums, galleries, artists, lenders and cultural institutions
- Managing timelines, budgets, vendors and operational execution
- Overseeing on-site installation and de-installation activities
- Ensuring compliance with international museum handling standards and HSSE requirements
Regional travel required
