Chief Executive Officer; CEO – Security Systems, CCTV & ELV Solutions

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the overall growth, profitability, and market expansion of the Security Systems, CCTV, and ELV Solutions business. The role is responsible for setting the company's strategic direction, strengthening its market position, expanding service and project portfolios, developing key customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across all functions.

The CEO is expected to open major business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, secure key accounts, and drive sustainable business growth while ensuring the commercial, projects, and operational teams achieve their targets.

• Develop and execute the company's business strategy, growth plans, and market expansion initiatives.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share within the security systems and technology solutions industry.
• Expand the company's presence across CCTV, Access Control, ELV, Networking, Security Solutions, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and technology services.
• Build strategic relationships with government entities, semi-government organizations, consultants, contractors, developers, facility management companies, and major corporate clients.
• Identify and secure large-scale projects, strategic accounts, framework agreements, and partnership opportunities.
• Oversee commercial, projects, operations, technical services, procurement, finance, and support functions.
• Ensure effective service delivery, project execution, pricing strategies, and market competitiveness.
• Monitor business performance, budgets, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop a high-performing management team aligned with company objectives.
• Drive customer satisfaction, service quality, innovation, and continuous business improvement.
• Report business performance, strategic initiatives, and growth opportunities to the Board of Directors.

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience, including at least 7 years in a senior executive role.
• Proven experience within Security Systems, CCTV, ELV, Technology Solutions, ICT Infrastructure, Smart Building Solutions, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of CCTV Systems, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address Systems, Gate Barrier Systems, Security Solutions, and ELV technologies.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.
• Experience managing sales, projects, operations, service delivery, and commercial functions.
• Strong network within government entities, contractors, consultants, developers, and corporate sectors.
• Excellent leadership, commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• GCC market experience is Mandatory.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic is an advantage.
