Position: Property Manager (European nationals)

The Palace Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Royal Family's residence in Qatar. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a large household staff while ensuring the highest standards of service, protocol, and security. The Palace Manager will act as the central point of coordination for household management, facilities, and guest services, ensuring seamless operations at all times.

Key Responsibilities Household Management
  • Supervise and manage all household staff including butlers, housekeepers, chefs, drivers, and security personnel
  • Develop staff schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the palace, maintaining world-class standards.
Facilities & Operations
  • Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades in coordination with facilities management teams.
  • Manage budgets, procurement, and inventory for household supplies
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and security protocols.
Protocol & Guest Services
  • Implement and enforce Royal Household protocols for staff conduct, guest reception, and event management.
  • Coordinate formal and informal events, ensuring adherence to cultural and diplomatic etiquette.
  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to deliver exceptional experiences.
Administration & Reporting
  • Prepare regular reports on household operations, staffing, and expenditures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Royal Family and household staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in managing luxury estates, palaces, or high-profile households.
  • Strong knowledge of UHNWI household protocols and international hospitality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally as required.
  • Fluency in English;
    Arabic language skills are an advantage.
